1. First, I want to apologize for not getting January's masterlist, completion banner, and related-activities post up this month. February basically turned into a series of computer and internet-connectivity issues for me and while they're finally cleared up, I got way behind on a lot of things. Posts for January and February should be up by the end of this weekend.

2. Amnesty is always ongoing.

3. March's challenge is not going to be a writing challenge. Details should be up tomorrow!
