May's Challenge - Bingo!

Bingo Challenges are a newer type of fandom challenge, modeled on the classic game of chance. While most bingo card challenge have twenty-five spaces on them, some have nine and are more like tic-tac-toe, but we're going to do a tiny card with four squares. (Which I guess makes it four-square, minus getting beaned in the head with playground balls!)

Please leave a comment to this post if you'd like a tiny card! Prompts were salvaged from a defunct prompt comm; I have a randomized list of 280 prompts and will hand them out in order.

ETA: Because I knew I was missing something! Fill however you'd like! Four different ficlets, one picture with all four prompts, two macaroni sculptures for the same prompt, have fun!

Oh, I realized I have a question. How are we supposed to fill the bingo? Are we supposed to write one thing for each prompt? Two different things for any two of the prompts? One thing combining multiple prompts?
