One Month Hiatus/Amnesty

Due to a combination of factors, there will be no new challenge this month. Instead it's an amnesty month (well, a double-amnesty month, since amnesty is permanent) for anyone who wants to finish up older projects or revisit past challenges.

The plan for the rest of the year involves challenges in Aug/Sept, Fic or Treat in October, and napping through Nov/Dec.
